we had a great experience today! when I saw a quite full parking lot, I had not expected a great experience. if there was a line, we would have gone somewhere else. there was no line and there were many people in this restaurant. they do something that is right, as our eating hot, very good and in a reasonable time came. we appreciate these good experiences, so thank you. he had the chicken parm and I had the lasagne – both day specialties and both were so good. when they choose between the two, they go with the chicken parm as the taste a bit stronger, then the lasagne, after my opinion. the chicken soup was our favorite soup. Average food as usual. Service was beyond terrible. Server was terrible, rarely came to check on us. Did not refill drinks, bread sticks, salad or bring check. She stopped to tell me to pay on the computer on table. I did not get to itemized bill, which I want to see. She never returned to say Thank You , offer a bag for 3 boxes of take out. She also forgot to place our for 3 orders, even though we reminded several times.Overall we had to ask the computer to page her, as we needed more drinks.This was poor server, and awful service. I can't say anything nice about the whole occasion.

first, let me say the service was impeccable! our waitress was great! the reason why only three stars are given because I have ordered my usual. spaghetti with meat sauce. what I got was spaghetti with some meat in the Marinara sauce. obviously they have decided it is cost-effective to tear off customers who pay for meat sauce. I paid for meat sauce and I expected meat sauce! I hate Marinara sauce. fazollis is my favorite Italian restaurant now the bread sticks are much better than olive gardens anyway!

the most amazing service I've seen for years. feels like we had gone back to the good old days when there were many employees and they were all happy to do their job. many thanks for the best restaurant experience we have had for years.

the last time I was there, the server did a good job, but I have a lot better server there in the past. the mango tea was a bit strong on the mango flavor and was too sweet. other than that, it was a good culinary experience.
