I have to write this review while it is still fresh in my head. A let is serve as a reminder why I should stay away from fast casual restaurants. When I am out by myself I will usually find a local place rather than come to a chain, but when I am out with family or friends who aren 't as adventurous I go with the flow. Yes, I remember Olive Garden and all they have to offer, but what a let down on this recent visit. I was a little skeptical coming here, they did not seem to be caring one bit about a pandemic going on. The place was packed and I did not notice any table being blocked off to promote social distancing. Luckily we were situated in an area where we did not have any tables near us...
When going to Olive Garden, I highly recommend you download the app ahead of time and place your name on the waitlist. As soon as we arrived, our table was ready and we didn't need to wait in the crowd of people. The food was excellent! We started off with the Sangria to drink along with wedding soup, breadsticks and salad. I had the rigatoni with meat sauce and the entire meal was fulfilling. The atmosphere of the dining room was quieter with low light. I only have two negative comments. I think the small pitcher of Sangria was over priced and the men's room bathroom needed to be cleaned. Other than that, we will definitely be back again.
SUSAN NEEDS A RAISE! Me and a few of my friends went to our local Olive Garden on Wednesday. I have never had better service at an Olive Garden. We got seated right away with no wait, and probably the best waitress i've ever encountered. When the manager asked how our experience was going, i couldn't explain how well our server was. Susan had short, brown hair with bangs. She was one of the kindest souls i have ever met. While getting our food out as fast as she could on a busy night, our waters were NEVER empty and she was always asking if we needed anything. Over all VERY good experience and this very nice lady needs a raise.
