Olive Garden Italian

I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but I think I'm done. They actually charge you for food that tastes like it's frozen and far from authentic Italian cuisine. We ordered a pizza for the kids, and it didn’t resemble what was advertised; it was more like a frozen pizza. The lasagna was cold and tasted terrible. The alcoholic drinks were just ice and water, and the soup was also cold. I could understand if it were a busy time, but on a nearly empty Sunday night, that's inexcusable. The bathrooms were dirty, and both times I was there, no one was at the front desk, so we had to wait for someone to show up. This was one of the best culinary experiences we had in a year. Our server (Ray), was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, stationary with our party, and very efficient. My husband and I separated the tour from Italy and could take an article. Our glasses never remained empty, and the food was delicious. The entire staff welcomed us from the moment we went and how we would pass them until we were gone. I made a point to talk to the manager to tell her what a wonderful experience we just enjoyed, and she made sure to listen to the time and get involved. This was much better than other locations we tried, so I think we're just staying with this place.

I visited for a birthday celebration on October 7th and had a fantastic lunch. Everything was wonderful, and I really enjoyed our server, Victor. He was very attentive, cheerful, and added a playful touch to our experience! I will definitely be back!

when we waited for our table, we saw a waiter and a waitress that collected dirty dishes from the tables and put on a tablet that was a cheese burr.

I tried to order online, on Saturday, the app didn't work. I went to olive garden to order personally and wait until the food is ready.

Overall, it was a delightful dining experience with satisfying dishes, attentive service, and a pleasant ambiance. Highly recommend!
