Olive Garden Italian

Worst Olive Garden experience we've ever had. Let's just run down the list... walked in the door at 4:11pm. No one at reception but 3 employees were sitting giggling to my left. As soon as receptionist returned, they suddenly went to bathroom. Then the person seating us told me it would be a few minutes. Restaurant was all but empty! Drinks brought to table with no coasters so condensation dripped all over us. Next, no cheese brought or offered when soup salad were brought. We did get cheese with entrées : however, the soup salad dishes remained on the table. Server, never stopped back to check on our meal. We were hoping she was a new server, but that wasn't the case. This also is the only Olive Garden that the manager didn't stop by the table. Would I go back? NOT to this restaurant!

almost got hurt here. a waitress has accidentally dropped a large amount beside my seat. as centimeters away. to the happiness, none of the carvings met me. the court that lost accident made a huge chaos that she quickly cleared away, but still the floor was rather chaotic and we needed to demand a table change 3 times before she actually turned us on different table in an almost empty restaurant. they took forever to get ready. in my friendly order, the waiter did not inform about additional costs of the Veggie replacements. eating was not so bad, but the service was terrible.

tried the olive garden To-Go experience at this place! they are always on time with my commands and are careful when they bring it out. they always confirm that my order is correct and make sure that they are carefully loaded in the car. great location!

Service sucked!!! No server came in 15 minutes. After notifying the manager, no one came. My party and I walked out
