Olive Garden Rockaway

Arrived by 4 pm. Waitress about to leave but took order brought me a small salad. I asked for as much green lettuce as possible she complied. Next waitress was okay; but when I asked for a 2nd small salad, she said white lettuce is mixed in. I asked for as much green lettuce as possible she balked. She brought a large salad (not small) with mostly white lettuce. Lastly, I asked for part of dinner in a to go box plus bill. I waited over 15 min. she had not come. I passed her as I headed to mgr. desk asked how come it took her so long to bring bill, etc. She said she took care of other customers. last night I had the best dinning experience I've ever had and was like I'm old, that says a lot. the service was out of this world and we have absolutely thrilled doreen. it is very knowledgeable on the menu, quickly with refilling, as our glasses never went empty (we were not their only table), and it has the most pleasant personality. many thanks to doreen for a great night.

my experience in this olive garden was amazing. I used to be there this week and had a server called prince. No one can forget this name. he was very polite, took my order right and made sure that my children, woman and I were good and satisfied and that eating was amazing. it was my wife's birthday and she had nothing but good things to say.

it is an olive garden so that they expect consistency. nothing will blow you away. only an average Italian company. the service is immaculate. we waited 15min to get a server to search our way, just to find that their shift ended and we were tied without as much as a confirmation or departure after we were served our meals

I think our servername was lisa. She was wonderful! beautiful, friendly. very generous with the cheese. lol. hope to be able to sit in her section when we go back
