Nice food. However, staff does not know how to communicate properly to their customers. Instead of talking proper english to explain the menu properly, they want us customer to do it for them. And Instead of eating a nice food, we're already pissed because of the staff. I think they need to practice how to communicate well as that's the key to get heaps of customer. Not just a good food, but a good service as well.... Lastly, please put a smile in your face guys. Don't frown. It makes the shop lonely.
Stop by to grab a quick bite to eat turned out to be a nightmare. Staff had no idea what's going on and seemingly for a Saturday afternoon you would think that they have some decent people on the shift. The cafe was packed people were starting to get annoyed and demanded refund. Food eventually turned up which by the way was very yummy but won't be back again !
We sometimes have their open ham, cheese & tomato sandwich deal...a comparatively good price for Manuka as the offer includes tea or coffee. The coffee is good...on the pricey side but they include a little chocolate so all . Friendly and efficient staff. On a nice day the outdoor space is pleasant with afternoon sun filtering through trees.
Hands down the best place to eat brekky! My 10 year old loathes having breakfast but couldn't wait to get here again. I had crepes with banana and strawberries drizzled in chocolate and my daughter had the fondue for one. Absolutely beautiful, we went back the next morning for another go. So much on the menu! Great staff were very welcoming.

We were in Canberra for a few days & my cousin took us to Oliver Browns Belgian Chocolate cafe The Belgian hot chocolate would be the best i have every had & slices & cakes were all very niceService was excellent If you are looking for a nice place to go after your meal out in Canberra this is the place to go to
We the 2 kids here and after hearing great reviews we weren't to impressed. The hot chocolate I had tasted burnt and the cannoli I had were very soggy and not nice at all. The churros were very bland. The blue lemonade was nice but very sweet. We will come back to give it a second chance.
Called in here after a long day. Relaxing and a great place to cater for that chocolate fix if that is your thing. Service was good, prices were reasonable and selection was impressive. A warm venue on a cold night in Canberra.
Popped in after a cracking feed at Timmy's around the corner. Group of 10 including 3 children. Quick and friendly service and the chocolate goodies did not disappoint. Will be back.
