We have a fondue quietly for a rain night with my girlfriend. She was very good, cheese from Ursy's cheese factory. When we left we fell on a client who had ordered a really huge burger at the bar. after taking some information: burger available on request, 300g (simple) 600g (double) of meat from the curat to ursy butchery and its filling. currently it is not yet on the map and has therefore been served to regular customers.
