The service was incredibly disappointing. When we ordered a dirty chai, the staff member responded with a condescending remark, "We’re not a Starbucks." What kind of response is that? A simple acknowledgment that they don’t know how to prepare a dirty chai, along with an apology for not offering it, would have sufficed instead of the attitude we received. After completing our order, she even questioned, “Is there something wrong with just ordering lattes?” As a small café in a small town, they should strive to provide better service for customers choosing to visit them instead of heading to Tim Hortons. do not recommend in the winter unless you’re going for a hot beverage. food was not freshly made at all, cold and stale. we found a hair in both of our sandwiches. the staff was pretty nice for a small interaction though. would not come here again for the food but my tea I got was actually good but then again how hard is it to mess up a tea. oh and the drive thru seems pretty dangerous a little confusing.

The mocha was terrible. It was half coffee, half hot chocolate, not a fresh latte with chocolate. I wasn’t expecting a machine mixed drink. Sandwiches were tasty. Service was friendly.

I have been coming this place last 4 years the coffee is getting worse every year last two weeks it just tastes like water and cream!!
