Olympia Sports Grill

We went to Olympia for lunch and I had a pretty good experience.We had quite a few appetizers Greek Isles Sampler, Greek Nachos, and the Saganaki. For the entree, I had the Loaded Gyro Fries. I enjoyed the food. It wasn't the best Mediterranean in the area, but they go for more of an Americanized version of Mediterranean food. The Isles Sampler was my favorite, just because of the variety of food they bring out. The Spanikopita Egg Rolls were probably my favorite to sample. The Nachos and Saganaki were mediocre. But, the Loaded Group fries were decent. The fries were good, but there are cold cut tomatoes, cumcumbers, and cold tzatziki sauce over it, so it quickly grows cold and stale. There...

I ordered the Gyro sandwich with fries. Lots of meat but no flavor or spices. The Tazeki sauce had no flavor no garlic just bland! A few onions and a small slice of tomato and more sauce was extra! My wife had Calamari sandwich with the Greek fries. Her sandwich lacked flavor,spices,etc. Not good as well as the fries! We will not be going back! Haddad's on Main Street is the place we always dine at,but we though wowould try and see for ourself! Disappointed with the food! I hope the owners will improve the quality and not charge for a small cut of extra sauce. Not a good practice when you are selling a sandwich for $14.00 on up. Only time will tell! The place is well built and fancy compared to other Mediterranean places but less crowded, if you want peace while eating at a bar it's the place. I mean it's more like a restaurant not a bar to be honestExpensive compared to other Mediterranean places.Music is mellowFood is average compared to other Mediterranean placesI liked my chicken gyro but expect more food for the price I'm paying. I hate the falafel just ruined it for me. Drinks are good.Experience it yourself and be your own judge

My wife and I really like Olympia. It's a sports bar that serves really good Mediterranean food. Every so often they will hold a special 5-course meal that we tried one time. We did the tequila pairing w/ meal and enjoyed it. I really like the gyros but the last time I went the pita seemed overcooked or old because it was tough.Also, they had a Sunday all you can eat brunch over the summer that was amazing but they haven't done it in a while. I'll have to keep my eye out

Love this place. Good food and good atmosphere. I was with a large group when we popped in without reservations. Luckily, it wasn't too busy. No staff waited our table so we had to go to the bar to order our drinks and food. But they were quick to get the orders out!Food: 5/5

This is the best Greek restaurant Sports Bar in Peoria, IL. They have Gyros, loaded gyro fries, cheese curds, gyros sandwiches, kebabs, saganaki, spanikopita egg rolls, you name it.Kid-friendliness: Games and kids menu.

We had the Olympia Burger and the Loaded Gyro Fries. Both were delicious with generous portions! The service was great too! We also took advantage of the happy hour prices. We will definitely be going back!Food: 5/5

Management has always treated me amazing, every single trip! One of my absolute favorite sports bars. Amazing food and service, very respectful staff and delicious food. Love having so many vegetarian options
