I frequent here often since I work in the area. The food is delicious and the service is normally wonderful. However, I wish I had been told when I ordered that they only have one cook and the wait time for my order (one noodle dish and one side) would be a 45-minute wait. I probably would have went back to work instead of waiting in the restaurant for almost 40 minutes before they notified me of how they were having a rough night. I’m still giving it 5 stars because this has never happened before. I know it happens especially with how hard it is to staff food service these days. A heads up would be appreciated next time.
