I have to be critical of O'Malley's Covid policies. They don’t allow bar seating because, supposedly, the virus is more likely to spread there, but it’s apparently fine to sit closely at tables. This approach seems unnecessary, especially since many other bars and restaurants still offer bar seating. That said, the service is good, which made me stay despite my frustration with their Covid rules. If restaurant owners don’t push back soon, we risk losing an important part of our culture. The food at O'Malley's was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. We tried the fried red snapper escoviche with yuca fries, red beans and rice, and coco bread. While the snapper could have used a bit more spice, it was still very tasty. The yuca fries and accompanying sauce were excellent, and the red beans and rice were equally delicious. My favorite was the coco bread, served with three different flavored butters—it was truly delightful! Our server was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to refill our drinks.
I’ll tell this right away save money go elsewhere. There’s nothing Irish about this Irish pub. They have Mexican/carribean/and everything else on the menu. I got an expensive local draft because they didn’t even have yuengling or blue moon on tap… The 10$ chili that’s on the menu must be from a can or something it’s a tiny portion, it’s very salty like they tried to cover up the cheap taste. Lastly, I felt rushed the entire time I was there and I just wanted to sit at the bar and take my time…
Over the years, I've visited O'Malley's many times with my husband's family during our trips to the area. It was my brother-in-law's favorite restaurant, so it was only fitting that we held the reception after his funeral there. As always, the food was delicious, served hot, and the service was prompt and very courteous. One standout dish that I particularly enjoy is the potato pizza.

We were very turned off based on the ratings we saw online, however, the food was great, atmosphere was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening! If you are staying in this immediate area, it is definitely worth giving a try. The nachos are the best thing on the menus, huge serving and absolutely delicious!! I stayed at the nearby Best Western during a layover and decided to walk over for dinner. My husband and I were famished after a long flight, and the food was fantastic—just what we needed. The wings and steak were cooked to perfection, and the Caesar salad was delightful. I only wish I lived closer so I could enjoy it again!
Wings and crab dip were very good and the server was excellent. The French onion soup might have been the worst I've ever had. French onion soup should have a rich, deep beef flavored broth. I'm not sure what this one was made with. Almost tasted like a vegetable broth.
I’m not sure where all the negativity comes from. This is one of those locations you have to try for yourself.We were treated well, served well, food was great, drinks were cold.Live music on Wednesdays. Check them out.

The staff were exceptional, the food portions were generous, and the drinks were fantastic. It's a great choice in the Dulles hotel area.
The atmosphere is okay, the bartender is very personable and the food is good.
