Omega Roast Beef Pizza

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. I spent $80 on food, and it was not worth it at all. The pizza dough was undercooked and still raw, the chicken tenders tasted like they were days old, and the Italian subs were the most disappointing of all. The deli meats were stale, the bread was hard, and the toppings were even worse than what you'd find at Subway. I would definitely not recommend this place—0/10, don’t waste your time here.

I ordered a Roast Beef Sub online and added no extras, expecting a regular sandwich with normal sandwich parts (meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce. What I got was bread with meat in it and nothing else. Frankly I'm livid right now. The ordering menu should be more clear about what is and isnt an extra. The meat is good but the sandwich is miserable and SO AM I.

This is the only place to buy hot subs in Salem Mass for me! My personal favorites are the 101 and the cowboy that explode with favor from the first to the very last bite; which comes too fast. The portions are large enough to get you by for the day and for only $10 you can?t find a better deal or better meal! Highly suggest this place!

The restaurant was very accommodating for our group of eight and a large stroller. Although it was a bit tight, we managed to make it work. I appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to order split pizzas as well. I can’t recall all the dishes we tried, but we did have a salad and a thin, thick-crust pizza, and it was quite good!

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and the food was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond—extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place. It’s very clean, and the prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food.

Have been waiting almost two hours ago for a pasta delivery when it was supposed to have only been a 40 minute wait. The restaurant was unwilling to make any sort of amends seeing as we still haven?t received it and instead insisted that ?all the roads were blocked?.

This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. The service is quick, and the seating arrangements allow for social distancing. They offer a wide variety of tasty options at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Pizza was cold and took over an hour. They didn?t deliver my full order in the end. When I called after to see if they could come back or credit my account, they didn?t pick up the phone after trying several times within the hour.

I visited SSU and spent some time in Salem. I've never had a disappointing meal at this restaurant. It consistently impresses me, and the food always tastes fantastic!

The experience was disappointing. I ordered a steak and cheese, but the cheese wasn't melted, and the sub was served cold. I wouldn't recommend this place.
