The food at this restaurant is truly outstanding. Every dish we ordered was delicious, from the oysters to the duck (which was incredibly flavorful—hands down the best duck I've ever tasted) to the dessert, where we were tempted to order one of everything on the menu. The wine selection was equally impressive, boasting a variety of fantastic options. The interior decor is also a highlight. The interior has a distinct TriBeCa vibe, complete with stunning artwork by the resident artist David Bromley, lush greenery, and a mirrored ceiling. It really feels like a magical place. I've been there twice in one week, and the highlights for me are the wine list and the zucchini flowers. They come drizzled with a delicious olive and mint sauce that I can't get enough of. Booked a table of 6, to celebrate a few birthdays. We were given a 'chefs table ' right by the kitchen which was perfect as the guests loved watching the chefs working and the meticulous attention to detail applied as the plates left the pass. <br/ <br/ The ambiance was warm and relaxing, the service friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was heavenly with explosions of flavour. My fish was a little dry (probably the timing of 6 meals at once and a busy night), but everything else was spot on. <br/ <br/ Given this is a pop-up to test the waters in preparation for the launch of a new restaurant at the Capital Grand. Was following John Demetrios on Instagram he was my favourite dessert chef in Melbourne. Back in the days he was doing dessert degustation in Mr Hive. Saw that he is now in Omnia. On the first week of opening I visited him. He always impress me with the texture and flavour profile of his dessert. I really enjoyed the food and drinks in Omnia. And I have confident that they will do well in their future expansion. Look forward to dine in Omnia again.
Absolutely enjoyed the food and service at this restaurant at a friends birthday party. Excellent quality ingredients like aged sirloin beef and berkshire pork cooked to perfection. Buzzy and modern atmosphere. Impressive selection of entree dishes to satisfy a fussy pallette. Definitely will be back to try stuffed quail.
Food was quite nice and have many interesting choice. Especially the tart and the quail, Flavor well balanced. We almost loved every single dish we ordered. Service was okay on the nite, one of the waitress kicked on my chair very hard when she tried to pour wines to the table back of me. <br/
