I had a fantastic lunch with my friends at Chiquita. The fried pickles are absolutely amazing! You have to try them with their homemade ranch dressing. We sampled a variety of lunch specials, including shrimp, coleslaw, and fries, and everything was wonderful. The shrimp are large and perfectly battered! The fried catfish features a delicious cornmeal crust and is so fresh. As my dad would say, "that’s a yellow cat!" I had taken a break from visiting due to service issues, but I’m really glad my friends chose this place—let's bring back those pickled onions! I've been coming here since you were across the street in that big building!

Visited from out-of-state. Got the grilled redfish and garlic mashed potatoes. (Meal came with coleslaw and hush puppies). Redfish was grilled perfectly done inside, but not dry, nor was it wet and mushy. Potatoes were very good with a good serving portion. Coleslaw was awesome. I’m a bit of a coleslaw snob, but was very pleasantly surprised. Hush puppies, though, needed a little help. They were packy and not much flavor. Our server, Alan, was awesome. He was very pleasant and never let our drink glasses get empty. Will dine there again when I’m n the area.

The food was fantastic! We opted for the fish po' boy, which was more than enough. The cornbread and coleslaw were both excellent. I really enjoyed my dining experience and will definitely be returning soon to try the gumbo. The menu offers a wide variety of options that all look incredibly appetizing. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was delicious, although a bit on the pricey side. It's not something I can afford to do frequently—perhaps once or twice a year. The service was excellent, and everything was impeccably clean! Plus, the view of the Brazos River levee was fantastic.
