We consider ourselves understanding when it comes to the service industry, but tonight we encountered excuse after excuse. The server claimed to be overwhelmed with only four tables, while the kitchen was busy with just two tables waiting for food out of a total of eight. We had to locate our own silverware, which meant waiting at least five minutes before eating, with the explanation that no one had been rolling silverware.
