In ONA the client is not King Honteux and disrespectful After problems independent of our will, we accepted the restaurant on the morning of November 13 to pass our arrival from 12:30 to 13:15 After a one-hour trip and only 10 km from the finish, we thought we would do well by calling the restaurant to talk about our imminent arrival and slightly after 1.15 pm. We were told by the star manager that it was not worth coming because it was too late and that our €180 reserve would be debited. We tried to discuss because not being served is one thing but debited from 180 € after an hour's drive and for 25 minutes' delay it's a bit exaggerated but it started shouting on the phone. We met at the restaurant around 1335. The door was closed, we couldn't get in. The customers, the staff, the restaurant manager saw us through the glass door, but all ignored us. We received an e-mail on our own to report that only one person came to the restaurant instead of four, which is totally false. It is specified that for this reason, 60 € per person absent will be taken or 180 €. What was done. The star chef didn't know we were in the very friendly restaurant At Little Bonheur next to his establishment in ARES. We have a note for 4 complete meals to prove it. We think a starred restaurant can’t have that kind of behavior with its customers. For reception, honesty, service and everything that goes with, its note is a zero point. Lamentable...
