I tried here for the first time friday night. food was delicious so were drinks. my only problem is there was a miscommunication with my husband and i and we ended up double paying for our meal. i called the restaurant the next day to see if we can fix the problem was told i would receive a call back from the manager and never gotten a call back. reached out on their facebook page as well no response. i explained to them the situation and for me to not even receive a phone call back is quite disappointing. service was not that well for the server to receive a $66 tip(which was left in cash to pay the bill) for a $60 meal(which was also accidentally paid on card)
The food and staff are amazing! We adore everyone there! For vegetarian options, the veggie potstickers and tofu dishes are fantastic. Price per person is around $20–30. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. Recommended dishes include Duck Flatbread, Salad, Lavender Drink, Poutine, Mac N Cheese Flatbread, Fried Chicken and Waffles, and Buffalo Cauliflower.

This is the first time I've written a review while still eating, but wow! After waiting nearly two hours, I can understand the hype! The food was just average and the waitstaff were rather unfriendly. The restaurant seems to aim for a higher standard than what it currently offers. They would benefit from a staff overhaul to improve the experience. After dining there once, I would prefer to grab a fast-food burger than return.
Great hidden gem feel to this bar and restaurant. Cozy seating options mostly for parties of 2 or 4 but we were able to find the table for 6 available around 8:00 pm Parking: Like all places near the Milford Oval sometimes you have to hunt for parking. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5

We visited Bar One for the first time today with our two teenage kids, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. They also have a gluten-free menu, which is a great option. Our server, Lauren, was friendly and made our experience even better. Highly recommend!
