On a nice rainy day best thing to do is go out for breakfast.... Great coffee , the cold drip on ice was super nice and the iced latte... Ordered the avo on toast and boss breaky... The Avon toast was nice but toast was a bit soggy if the toast was better than the meal would have been really nice. The boss had to many herbs on mushrooms and the toast was very soggy again if toast was firm (maybe a sourdough) it would have been nicer and maybe less mushrooms as this is what caused the soggy bread ...Bananas smooth was pretty nice Great design and cool fit out would love to come back if they change the bread/toast!
My partner and I went to One Block Back for late breakfast as we have heard lots of raving reviews. Was it worth it? YES! We both ordered the smashed duo and it was amazing! Meals average size and extremely tasty. I would highly recommend you try this dish. When you come here make sure you save room for a treat! The RAWR treats are delicious. My favourite is the lemon & blueberry and my partner likes the caramel. Both healthy and raw treats that taste better than the real thing. If your thinking of heading to OBB - do it!
I was a little excited about going here for brunch with friends, but I feel like while the food was OK, they had run out of a lot of the ingredients on their menu. Midday wasn't late by anyones' means, but they had run out of half of the ingredients for fresh squeezed juice, and they put beetroot in my friends juice when she didnt ask for it.Overall I feel it was a little lack-lustre.There was an awkward big empty space in the middle of the shed and dead flowers don't make a very appealing decoration.
I enjoyed everything about this cafe - from the funky fit-out to the healthy style menu. We were there for lunch on a Friday and all was good. Service- tick. Sweet potato fries - tick. Wagyu burgers - tick. Garden setting - tick. If I had any complaint at all it was with regard to the drinks on offer. The choice is limited (unless you're into kombucha). I would have loved a sparkling mineral water, but that wasn't available. A minor issue in an otherwise great place.

Was really looking forward to trying this place for breakfast after seeing photos and reviews.Large open space with a garden view in the middle of suburbia.My breakfast was lovely, however my husband suffered from poor menu choice. He had poached eggs on toast with bacon, and sadly it was very dry due to the eggs being overcooked, no butter or sauce to help moisten the remaining toast. Quite expensive too, for a counter service, cardboard box meal. No change from $50
Nice quiet backstreet brekky spot. Food n coffee quite reasonable enough. early days here, I`d funk it up a bit, a little soft``woodford``music perhaps, get some quirk happening, some focal points, art perhaps, and points of difference guys, some more seating, and shade cover too would be handy. Waitress lovely, but god awful shy n meek bless her -need to serve your food with confidence and a big smile guys!
Finally! We found good coffee! Great coffee!!! Yes it was slow but it WAS early. Yes they seemed a little green around the edges but the place is pretty new. The setting I like - could imagine settling in for some work here and eating good food along the way. Giving the benefit of the doubt - and the coffee is gooooooood!!!
Had a terrible experience- my 'vegan' hot chocolate was made with cow's milk. This will make my daughter very sick. It took a very long time to find out what milk was used, then when I discussed this with the staff they were uncaring. Even...More

This is a newish venue at Moffat but very friendly and serves up excellent coffee. A relaxed retro atmosphere in a converted warehouse.
This little cafe is tucked away but definitely a go to! Great vibes and food, love the rawr treats too!
