Stayed here at previous gencons 2022, 2023. The location is great with the connection to the Indianapolis Convention Center and Lucus Oil field (Colts). But then it stops. Elevators are slow to say the least, stay low and use the stairs. The breakfast was overwhelmed by patrons and the kitchen couldn't keep up. 2024 Stopped in for a gaming session in their ball room. Sat in the lobby for a moment. The host was rude at the resturant when asking for silverware, the bar was more accommodating. Overheard several groups talk about the food not being great. Doesn't seem like they've improved with staffing.

From the check in with Jennifer to the valet we had a great experience. The rooftop restaurant was the best experience, it was a wonderful meal and the best way to see the entire city. The breakfast downstairs is top notch. All in all it was a fabulous place!

Had a great experience. I used the gym. Went swimming. Slept like a baby. And the mall is right there! Most importantly, the hotel is connected to several other buildings. One needs not to get out to venture out.

I already told the staff it was the best stay I ever had. The staff was accommodating. No wait for issues despite there being hundreds of women there for a convention.

Went for Gencon, there's a Subway and Starbucks inside it.
