Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Reservar una mesa

I think this is my new favorite Hawaiian chain as their portions to cost ratio is excellent. I wanted some island classic comfort food in yet another day of rain in Southern California, so I went with the chicken katsu and kalua pork. I got the aloha plate so it came with rice and a delicious sesame/miso dressing salad. Service was good so I'll definitely be coming back to try their mac salad and spam musubi to see how their side orders come out when I just want some type of quick eats.

I had been looking forward to getting some Hawaiian Food again once I touched down in California. I really can't say that I'm satisfied with my meal. I chose this place due to high reviews and the menu. I ordered the Chicken Katsu lunch plate. Let's just say that my chicken looked liked it wasn't cooked all the way through and it also looked like it was a bad piece of chicken. I couldn't really enjoy my plate like I wanted to. At least the rice and Mac salad was good though.
