Ooka Japanese Sushi Hibachi Steak House

This place is absolutely amazing. From top to bottom. From service to ambiance to the FRESH fish and incredible sushi. We sat at the sushi bar as we were a walk-in on a busy Saturday night. Watching the sushi chefs do their thing was a treat to see. Mind you they are awesome at their jobs. The plating of the food has a lot of attention to detail. As for the food itself, this is hands down the ONLY sushi restaurant I've been to in the local area that's neck and neck with Oshi in Newtown. Fish was super fresh and tasted incredible. The restaurant it self was nice and clean we were served rather quickly even though they were clearly busy, the staff seemed very polite and the food was absolutely delicious easily the best sushi I've had in my life the fish was so fresh and tender it almost felt like it was melting in my mouth. Wasn't a big fan of the uni however that was the first time I've tried uni and more than likely I just don't like uni, because everything else we had from there was delicious even the salad and miso soup that came with the entre were amazing. If you like sushi I 100% recommend eating here.

The sushi was outstanding, as was the service. The waitress was attentive and well-informed. My only drawback is the noise level; it can be quite loud and they play background music that features heavy beats. Additionally, you can hear sounds coming from the hibachi area. A bit of soundproofing would make a significant difference. Other than that, the food and presentation were excellent. It is on the pricier side compared to other similar sushi restaurants.

It was very busy restaurant. The quality of the fish was good and the server was very nice. There were hibachi grill on the other side of the restaurant and seems like people were enjoying it. We ordered lobster dynamite roll which was great. Specially the sauce was blend well with the sweet potato fries on the top of the roll. Sushi sashimi combo was good too. This is one of my personal favorite restaurants. While I haven't tried the hibachi section yet, I often dine at the sushi and dinner side. The food is consistently delicious, and the fish is always fresh. The dishes are served promptly, and the servers check in regularly to ensure everything is satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this place for a family dinner or even a date night.

I love this restaurant. Food is fresh. Best beef negamaki I have ever had. I will not order this anywhere else now. The food presentation is so beautiful. Service is good. You can get in and out as quick or as slow as you like. Their lunch bento boxes are a great deal. If in the area they add this to your list.

Ooka has been a steady presence in the bucks area for over a decade. They seated us quickly on a busy Sunday evening. Service was really fast and good. Sushi is pricier than the average sushi places in the suburbs, but is worth it for the taste and flavors. They are BYOB, and have plenty of parking spots.

When I went there I got hibachi with my friends, the hibachi chef was really nice and fun, but the noodles and rice didn’t have much flavor, the shrimp was good tho! Also the workers that served us were really nice and friendly! I recommend this place Reserva una mesa ahora

Exceptional sushi and sashimi! The wait staff is fantastic, and the hibachi grill and tables provide an experience that won't let you down. It's a lot of fun and guaranteed to bring plenty of laughs!
