We took our family to brunch at Oola. What an embarrassment. The service was non existent and there were just 3 tables of customers. The food (except for he burger) was terrible. Poached eggs were hard as a rock. They came back raw. They didn’t offer to take it off the check, just shrugged at us. The salad greens were old and slimy. The Croque Madame was served on a cutting board, not on a plate. Unappetizing to eat a fried egg on wood. They must have an amateur in the kitchen who can’t even prepare a poached egg for brunch? We have dined here at least 10 times, for brunch, lunch and dinner. This was the by far the worst meal we had while in San Francisco.
Strange menu Mexican pop up menu and another section of the menu included burgers, ribs, etc, and random side dishes. Food took forever even though the restaurant wasn 't very busy. Burger arrived burned on one side and had to be sent back. They ran out of a cocktail ingredient and served a crappy replacement without telling us we sent those back too. After all these issues they didn 't offer any discount on the bill. 2 of the 4 in our group had stomach aches after eating that food. Worst experience ever in SF. Don 't go here!
we were a table of 6 and there was another table sat (maybe 6/7 people) throughout the restaurant. it took about 35 minutes to get food, and when it came out, it was a teller to a time. my daughter plate came 10 minutes after the first plate on the table. Drinks took at least 10 minutes to get ordered once. that was marginal, nothing great, nothing terrible. it would have been acceptable if the service were better.
I love Oola, my friends and I have done multiple birthdays there. The bottomless mimosas at 15.00 per person are a huge hit, and they are not stingy with the pour. I think the food menus is good but they used to have a pork belly dish that I LOVED. It was not on the menu this time, the french toast was more then enough to keep me happy :

Terrible experience. It took 25 min to get water to our table. 45 min for our first drink of bottomless mimosas. All of our food came out late and at once! Oysters, pop tart, and eggs Benedict all came out at once. Would not recommend this place even with the bottomless brunch drinks
The menu was quite limited, but still good for after the theater. We had a couple of orders of port ribs, which were very meaty, tasty and fall off the bone tender. Brusselo sprouts were yummy too.
it is advertised as a French bistro. the menu contained nothing a French restaurant showed. it was a generic menu with tacos. some dinge on the menu were not available.
we came for a super late afternoon and they were more than accommodating. eating was incredible and the perfect end of our dreaming.
