Hello and Happy New Year! Tonight was my first night at the Temple Terrace location and I must say, my waiter was absolutely the best I have had at any restaurant in a very long time. Please understand I am saying this with much truth behind it. Richard was so pleasant, well groomed, manners were top notch, spoke very well and clear, had a sense of humor, very quick and knowledgeable about the menu. My spouse was with me and she is very very picky with her food and he had no problems understanding exactly what she wanted and how she wanted her dinner. I will always ask for Richard (ONLY) when I am at this location. “He should really train some of these other waiters and waitresses” HONESTLY. I am very big on customer service so it was definitely a pleasure having him tonight. I also want to say, whoever the cook was for us was delightful my goodness. Please please give these two something special and please make sure they are recognized because it’s so easy for customers to complain but it’s always easier to show your appreciation. Well done Richard!!!! 10 star!
We went for the Thursday night dinner at Carrabba's Italian Grill with friends. Since it was Thursday evening so there were lot of empty seats and we got seated quickly. We were greeted by our server Cassandra and she greeted us with water and bread. For the dinner we ordered Fettuccine Alfredo, Caesar Salad, Eggplant Parmesan and Pollo Rosa Maria and for sweet we ordered Sogno Di Cioccolata. We didn't have to wait much and we got caesar salad and Fettuccine Alfredo. The salad and fettuccine Alfredo was delicious and tasty. For the dinner we didn't had to wait much and we got our dinner. The dinner was amazing and delicious. It was perfectly cooked and super tasty. After the dinner we got our Sogno Di Cioccolata. It was also amazing. We enjoyed our Italian dinner and the restaurant was also amazing. It was a nice ambiance.
The food in this place is amazing! I was incredibly pleased with their appetizer and specialties menu. Even their complementary bread basket and olive oil was delicious. If you ever have the pleasure of going to this place and you are unsure of what to order, try the Pollo Rosa Maria and the Fettuccine Carrabba. Those two dishes have some of the best pasta and chicken I've ever had in my life! The sauces that come with them are out of this world. Besides that, the service is fast and accommodating to the customers request. If I could give this place 10/10 stars I would. If you are in Tampa, don't miss it!
My salad was good, the dressing on it was awesome. BUT I was a little disappointed that I only got 5 shrimp and 5 scallops. I can say the seasonings on the seafood was absolutely delicious. Other than that, 5 stars all the way. The service was excellent, she took care of everything. Please do not leave without trying the Peach Sangria. I am going back just for that drink. Warning it's sweet.
