When I was dining like a local in Perth, I visited a hotel located near South Perth and Canning Highway. The service was fast and efficient, with no issues with my order. I opted for the half chicken with two sides, which was hot and juicy. The lemon and herb basting added a burst of flavor to the dish. The garlic dip and flatbread were a nice addition, making the meal quite satisfying. The rice was a bit dry, but for $15 and a quick lunch during my break, it was a decent option. The restaurant was bustling with customers when I visited, offering a unique twist on typical fast food options.
oporto carillion has the worst service I have seen. I ordered a pita pocket meal and only got the food where there were only people waiting for the meal. there was no explanation why it takes so long, only one moment comes out. kitchen hand were on the back plus a manager and front counter staff who seem to be very disorganized and traveling over each other, but don't spend any commissions. I have seen the personal and manager touch counter with the gloves that are used to place salate on burger. mins to serve orders is not acceptable!.
We ordered Double Bondi Meal, my partner's chips were all dry,the Burger he only ate half then vomited all the way home which is nearly 2 hours,I had the chicken fresco salad meal which looked great on the picture but what i got was all...the core of the lettuce there was no green leaves at all,with squeezy Avacado not the real thing,I ordered an iced latte coffee, what i got was boiling hot coffee which was so bitter i couldn't even drink it,definately not going back there again.
The Carillon City Oporto is one of the more reasonable locations. The food is always decent and the service is okay. On occasions I have been served by a zombie staff member which has been irritating. The latest girl to serve appeared to be a...trainee and had about as much personality as a door and I am fairly certain was a mute. Attended Oportos for lunch and ordered the quarter chicken with two sides. The lemon and herb chicken was both tender and succulent. The corn and chips were cooked well and were tasty as well. The service provided was excellent as well which made the entire...visit one which we'll probably repeat another time.
