O Porto in Elbeuf is a true setting of Portuguese gastronomy. We booked for 21:15, and although the restaurant closes at 22:00, we were greeted with such hospitality that we finally stayed until 23:30, plunged into pleasant conversations with the manager. The manager shared his love for Portuguese culinary traditions, enriching our experience and making us feel like old friends. From all the restaurants made around Rouen you exceed all the others, incarnating all of what Portuguese cuisine represents and this kind, kind, courteous and especially everything is fresh.
