I typically don't write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I have to say, the half chicken meal box was fantastic! The chicken marinade surpassed Nando's, and the spicy rice was delicious. The pita bread was fresh, the chips were good, and the garlic sauce was creamy and packed with garlic flavor. The serving size was generous, and the meal was both cheaper and tastier than Nando's. I did try the rappa, but it was inconsistent - one time it was delicious, but the next two times were just average.
First time I went here (soon after they opened), I had very bad service, incorrect order (forgot half of it), and when I ordered the burger with no chili (previously called a Norm but they now apparently refer to it as Classic), they put EXTRA chili on. Since that experience (I called and complained and they gave me a free meal), it's been quite good. No more issues with the order although sometimes the chips come overcooked. But they are slowly getting better.
The staff at this restaurant are incredible. When they learned that one of our party was vegan, they kindly guided us through the entire menu, pointing out which options were suitable. The vegan diner ended up with a delicious burger packed with toppings! The personalized service is consistently top-notch, even for fast food. We've also tried their home delivery service recently, and found the food to be just as delicious and fresh as dining in-store.
We frequent this restaurant often. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently delicious and fresh. We have not had a negative experience in the three years we have been dining here. We particularly love the chili cheese chips.

Nice and clean shop and bathroom. Great customer service. Managers and register staff are happy to interact with customers to help them with their order, rather then stand behind the counter like robots.
Best chicken burger in Perth! Fresh hot fluffy chips, prompt service, friendly staff. Attention to detail and service was first class.
