Orca Bar and Grill

I went to this restaurant for breakfast/brunch and was highly impressed. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the portions were generous, and the hash browns were delicious. The chicken quesadilla was filled with flavorful ingredients, and the spinach and beet salad was fresh and tasty. The burger I ordered was the best I've had in a long time. The service was excellent, the food was served hot, and the view of Myrtle Rock was breathtaking. One of the best parts is that you don't need a membership at the golf course to dine here and enjoy the view.

Excellent breakfast brunch buffet set out by the staff of the Orca. Fresh baked goods, strawberry whip cream waffles, eggs, bacon, ham, home pan fries, excellent fresh fruit platter (best ever). Lovely tables set with linen and fresh flowers, spring tulips and daffodils. Spectacular view over to the Coastal mountains. We were a family of 8 were at the Myrtle Point Golf course for the Easter Egg Hunt (super fun) followed by the special Easter Buffet. Excellent venue for both! Our thanks to the staff and Golf Course for hosting both events

We met friends here for lunch and were quite disappointed that much of the menu was unavailable, as it is so off season. We had eaten here before and the choices were varied. That said, the food we DID have was good very good to excellent. I had the seafood chowder and it was excellent, totally surpassing the chowder I had had a week before at Spinnakers in Victoria (although I also had to ask to have it heated). The chicken caesar wrap was delicious. My friends enjoyed their meals. The coffee was good as well!

I had the pleasure of dining at Myrtle Point Golf Course this week and trying out the food and service at the golf course restaurant. In one word: fabulous. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and fresh. I am looking forward to my next visit.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to have lunch after a round of golf. The views of holes 1, 10, and 18 are stunning, and the well-prepared meal only adds to the experience.
