I have been dining at this restaurant since I was a child, and I continue to do so now in my mid-30s. It is a family-owned establishment that offers some of the best and most affordable food around. The staff are all incredibly friendly and personable, and the owners are fantastic, always willing to chat with customers if they have a spare moment. I even offered to help promote their restaurant for free when I was leasing a new luxury community nearby. I feel like I'm keeping a secret by not spreading the word about this hidden gem in Towson. These talented chefs deserve more recognition and business. Keep serving up those delicious dishes, and I will keep coming back for more!
Wow, this restaurant is the best. I have had great dining experiences, but this one truly stands out. The staff is amazing and the food is like nothing I have ever tasted before. My taste buds were blown away by the incredible flavors. I am writing this review while I eat so that you can understand the range of emotions I am experiencing. My friend and I ordered two different dishes to share and we were both equally impressed. Not only is the food delicious, but it is also filling and reasonably priced. I recently spent $7 on two chicken dishes elsewhere that left me hungry, but here, for $7-$8, I left feeling satisfied and impressed. The restaurant is also very clean.
So bad!! I never write reviews, Seems like it's been subcontracted to kitchen staff that are trying to scrimp and save money at the expense of the food. We got the eggplant/artichoke in dill/Dijon sauce- there was no eggplant, canned arthichokes in some tart syrup.The Bulgarian feta app was literally 3 specks of feta swimming in a pool of tomato sauce. The eggplant/bean purée app tasted and looked like old grey wallpaper paste. My friend's $18 chicken plate was flavorless and tasted old. I'm surprised we didn't get food poisoning! We went there based on the positive reviews, HUGE disappointment.
My husband and I went to this restaurant to celebrate his birthday. He loves trying new kinds of food. Our server, who used to be the owner, was very helpful in suggesting dishes. We both liked what we ordered. For dessert, we shared a cake with fresh fruit and whipped cream - it was delicious! They don't have alcohol on the menu, but you can bring your own without having to pay a fee. We noticed that many other diners were being served wine. I came out of this caffe and ordered the duck fesenjune dinner and plum lamb dinner. the descent was good, but very, very sweet. I recommend getting this when they are in sweet dishes. the lamb flour was my favorite although (I prefer savory with a subtle sweet taste.) both meals were delicious and, together with the great customer service, are reasons why I want to visit again. recommend this place!

we love the obstmarkt! we have been meeting friends and family there for years. the food is delicious and the service is correct! we also like that we can bring our own choice of wine and do not have to pay a corking fee. we love to support local small businesses especially in these difficult times. try it, they won't be disappointed.
Food is amazing and fresh and the owner had such a friendly smile when I entered. Beef tongue and honey mustard eggplant (of course the correct name isn't coming to me) are my go tos and it's worth every penny. I rarely do 5 stars, but this place deserves them. The service is always great the food amazing and the prices for the portion of food you get are also good.Must tryI always say I’m going to get a picture of the food, but by the time I get the plate I am too eager to eat.
