I am incredibly disappointed to write this review about Oregano 's Pizza Bistro, a place my family and I used to love. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was ruined by an appalling experience involving a higher-up manager named Michael. David, our favorite server, has always been the highlight of our visits. His exceptional service and warm personality made each meal memorable. However, during our last visit, we witnessed something that left us deeply upset. David and Michael seemed to be talking about payment of some sort which seems simple enough to pull your employee somewhere private but this manager decided to do it at the front of the restaurant. Well.... I used to love Oreganos and I think this experience has purged me of that love... I put my name in on the wait-list online. It send me a message saying to press 1 to let them know we were on the way. I pressed 1... Soon after I got a message stating that since they didn't hear from me, they were removing me but if I were still on my way to press 1. I pressed 1 again.. Got to the restaurant and was told they couldn't see the messages and all that they saw was a 1, so we had been removed from the wait-list. I wasn't a super long wait for a table... Family are at Oregano's as we were looking for an Italian option. It was a fine choice but unremarkable in most ways. Portions were generous and service fine though slightly slow. The pasta dish was a typical spaghetti (replaced with penne) meat sauce and meatballs. Good but not outstanding. It was nice that it could have been all you can eat but a second portion wasn't ordered. The bread was good. The pizza wasn't a hit. In hindsight we should have focused on finding a pizza place that had pasta instead of a pasta place with pizza. If I was local I'd probably repeat but it won't make the list for a vacation repeat.

We each had a salad with our balsamic dressing on the side. The crusty croutons were great and they poured on freshly grated cheeses. The angel hair with chunky marinara was good with a generous slice of garlic bread. The thin crust pepperoni pizza had the pepperoni hidden under the mozzarella cheese. Our server was good, but we had to remind her about getting our salad. She was busy sweeping the floor from prior diners. We like watching the old Ozzie and Harriet show on the black and white TV. We will come back.

The food was good , well i can say its better than olive garden in my opinion for the chicken Alfredo. Me and my family agreed it's good even there food was good to . The service was good to . Had no issues it was my first time here and the experience was good. My family is familiar with this place i came here because they recommend it, we were meting here as a family for lunch , and not bad
