My first treat to enjoy this great BBQ. My first comment is how nice the team was. Everyone was great. Made me feel like I was having bbq at the family house. I was told that the Brisket is the best thing on the menu.. So I gave the lunch brisket sandwich a try.. The hard choice was the sides besides. I decided to go with the cole salad and the potato salad. I highly recommend the potato salad it's probably some of the best I've ever eaten. The brisket sandwich is very moist and barbecued to the perfect texture. Getting brisket right is really really hard and the guys have figured it out. They also do the old standards of pulled pork chicken and it looks like turkey once in a while. Do yours...

I called ahead to try and just order to find out it must be over $100. It was our first time here and didn't know it was so small and had a walk on the street. It was really good BBQ. We did the Buckle Buster and shared it and it was enough for 2 people. The ribs were tender from the bone, they were from the sausage, so we still have a few ribs. I think the chicken and the shredded pig was just okay. That was better for me. The brisket was good, but it was better. The pages were only pages. Corn was Bland, potato salad was al dente and no spices. The Cole Slav and baked beans were run by the mill and nothing special. It was a good meal and would go back, but there was nothing spectacular for...

We discovered this restaurant while traveling from Washington to California. We were craving a meal but wanted to avoid fast food. The positive reviews caught our attention, so we decided to give it a try. We're so glad we did! The brisket was outstanding! It was a bit tricky to eat as a sandwich, so we ended up using our forks and enjoying the bread on the side. The potato salad was tasty, although it had a touch more mustard than I'm used to, but I still enjoyed it. The coleslaw was great as well—not too sweet and not too tangy. The brisket itself was tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor! We look forward to stopping by again on our next trip through the area. They also have a lovely...

As for the sauce, great BBQ sauce should be smoky, slightly sweet, with a hint of spice and a tangy kick. Unfortunately, this sauce tasted store-bought—thick, syrupy, and lacking any depth of flavor, reminiscent more of fancy ketchup than a quality BBQ sauce. Many guests raved about the potato salad, but to us, it was bland and unremarkable. The BBQ beans, on the other hand, were a disappointment; they had an odd taste that reminded us of hand sanitizer, making them inedible—we ended up tossing them out. I'm genuinely regretful that I chose to stop here off of I-5. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's important to be honest. Reserva una mesa ahora

The grill is fantastic. The ambience has a lot to wish, but this is basically a drive thru, so that I alone value on taste. We had two Buckle Busters for three to share and had leftovers. We would have been fine with one for three for a reasonable lunch. The bride, ribs and pulled pigs were fantastic. The sausage was OK. All were well flavored and the sauce was excellent. Next time, depending on the mood, I will go with brisket, pork pulled and ribs in this order. From the sides I loved the claw. They have picnic tables, a Porta pots and washing station. How not great in ambience.

I'm not sure if this isn't the best BBQ brisket I've ever had. I've been to the County Line in Austin, and this is just as good, if not better. No kidding. The brisket is incredibly tender, and the bark is excellent. The potato salad is interesting and very tasty. The baked beans could use a bit less brown sugar and more paprika along with some lemon zest. Overall, this place is outstanding.

I used to work in Albany almost every day, and this place was my go-to spot for a quick and delicious meal. I've tried everything on the menu, and you really can't go wrong with any choice. However, the brisket is truly exceptional. Their sauces are great, too. I particularly enjoy the mustard-based sauce, which I believe is called Oregon Gold. They even have a secret menu!

I ordered ripening and they were so delicate and tasteful. the grill sauce is also good. if they are in this area, they should not miss this place. you have to sit outside to feed and they have porta potty. Reserva una mesa ahora
