"Nine of us from our Globus Bus tour of NL came here for supper. The main level was sold out, due to special entertainment, so we went up to the rooftop patio. Our food and beer were good, if a bit pricey. However a good time was had by all."

The food we had was pretty mediocre. Mind you, it was only appetizers (nachos and wings), but they lacked flavour or originality. The service was inconsistent. On one visit to the patio, the server was happy to fetch the Yellow Belly Ale from the lower bar. It wasn't an issue at all. On the next visit, the server refused to fetch the Yellow Belly Ale (although we were the only ones on the patio at the time). My husband had to make the trip down to the lower bar to purchase it. Additionally, the server appeared quite disinterested in providing me with my glass of wine. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for a glass of pinot grigio as she spent her time chatting with the bartender and a lone cust...

We went to O'Reilly's Pub for dinner before the band started and it was the worst meal I've ever had. We waiting probably 20 minutes for our order to be taken and when the meal finally did arrive (appetizers and entrees at the same time) it was inedible. The burgers were overcooked to the point of cardboard (coming from someone who likes well-done meat) and the wings didn't even have a coating of sauce just a few squirts of something drizzled on top. Even the mozzarella sticks were horrible - breading didn't stay on and they were just blobs of half melted greasy cheese. These dishes and one drink came out to over 75$. Huge mistake. If you come here come only for a drink and the music.

Super Fun, Nice Staf, Great Food, Plus Get Screeched In! I very much wanted to get screeched in- but don't dink. Ken the waiter was totally understanding without a speck of judgement and put together some cherry syrup and I became an honorary Newfoundlander! The wait staff is kind and works so hard. This was a very nice experience for me on 2 occasions. I had the grilled codfish at his recommendation and it was all I could do not to lick the plate! Outstanding music-call and see if Bill Kelley is playing and he will blow your socks off! Talk about singing with passion! The guy is amazing!!

We had been sent to O'Reilly's by a friend who highly recommended the food and atmosphere. We went at about 4:00 on a Friday with our two teens and the service and food were horrible. We went back again the next night on a pub crawl (just my husband and I) and it was crazy busy and while it was typical of a commercial bar we were pretty disappointed. If you're looking for a place that is cozy with good food/music you may want to try somewhere else. Reserva una mesa ahora

Were there for George St festival so it was mostly very busy. always found a seat wait staff were very friendly and fast. Food was good and we all liked it. Found the service rather exceptional for how busy it was. ( "Hi" white Ken!") Only he will get this comment. Recommend it to anyone, but it can be loud, again it was festival time.

Stopped by early evening. Over 20 beers available. Took a break from battered fish and had the fried cod. Very good. Also had the cod tongues. Neatly but a little oily. Good desserts. Recommend the blue berry spotted dick. Fast and friendly service. Great music from the Irish Descendants when we were there. Fun crowd too.

Stopped in after a stroll down George St. In the entertainment district . They had live music playing in the afternoon . Sat outside on the patio . Service was great . They have many beers to choose from as well as a full bar . Had to have fish and chips with the full deal dressing and gravy .

My wife and I had dinner and drinks here. We had planned to sit on the patio, but they were playing rock music and it was windy, so we decided instead to eat on the main floor. Good choice. The service was excellent, the food was good and the musician who was performing was very entertaining. Reserva una mesa ahora

I was very disappointed in my Jiggs Dinner, it was very salty, tough and they didn't serve pea pudding with the meal. Although my husband loved his Moose Bolognese and we shared a Newfoundland Seafood chowder which was very delicious. The service was great and the music was good.
