I visited 8 July 2017 and ordered chicken Souvlaki. After one bite Souvlaki, smell so bad and told to the staff. They said it's new and freshly cook. Took my Souvlaki and smell it. Looks manager or owner he said no it's not bad smell. This smell from Paprika .. come on mate give me a break I have been working in a restaurant as a chef for 10 years and know how smell like off chook. Again request them to smell, side of Souvlaki that I bite. Then they realise it's really bad smell, then they took inside the room that cooked smelly Souvlaki. The funny part is that even they did not make any apologies... won't be going back again...
The food is always good but I don't think I will be able to go back after encountering one of the rudest young women working in the hospitality industry.When simply asking whether my takeaway order was already ready, so I could add a couple of extra things, the rude waitress glared at me, rolled her eyes and said no with a massive attitude. Calm down, I only wanted to know so I could buy more food. Your loss.My housemates and I were regulars there but will not be returning. Especially when there is another great chicken shop around the corner on Marrickville road that knows how to treat their customers!
Very disappointed with the quality of food today as I have been buying chicken, falafel and tabouli from this place for over a year.Today the takeaway chicken was dry, cold and tasteless. The fallafel was stodgy and stale.I will not buy food from here as the owners are trying to flog off old , cold food around five in the evening.Big letdown. Greed is not good; if food is stale and old bin it, don't sell it to your valued customer, please.
Food is always great at this place. The taste is always consistent, and it always taste fresh. I havent eaten anything at this place and ever thought it was bad. You gotta also try their oricco burger....mmmmmmmmmmm!

Best Lebanese food and Charcoal Chicken in Sydney at resonable prices. I've seen the effort they put into prepearing the food and can tell you that quality is second to none.
I've been coming here for ages, their chicken burgers are delish and the shawarma here is amazing get it in a wrap with hummus and tabouli you won't regret it!
Freshly cooked and flavoursome charcoal chicken and freshly made salads. Tabouli is particularly tasty. Garlo rolls great for lunch. Friendly service.
Often order chicken and chips from here. It's good and cheap. The place has bright lights old tables and mirrored walls. Not great to sit there.
