I have visited Japan, but my experience with Japanese food here was disappointing. The dishes seemed off, as if they were expired or altered in some way, and the seasoning felt like an attempt to hide something unpleasant. The staff, all of whom were Japanese women, provided poor service and lacked the warm hospitality I had encountered during my travels in Japan. It felt like they either didn't understand the customers or were openly gossiping about them. I had a rather disappointing experience at Oriental Breeze with my family. We arrived and had to wait at least 10 minutes despite the presence of only two other families dining. When we responded to their inquiry about our party size and started to head to a table, a man who seemed to be Chinese emerged from the kitchen and began yelling at the waitress in their language. This incident appeared to be provoked by my daughter mentioning her outside ice cream. We clarified that we planned to dine there, but they instructed us to leave the outside drink behind. So heres my story..walked into to this place wit my family and waited like at least 10 minutes idk why because there was only 2 families sittin inside...wen they asked us for how many we answered and started walkin towards the tables..when a chinese manwalks out from the kitchen and starts yellin at the waitress in their language...and it was all because my daughter had a iceefrom another restaurant and told us we couldnt be in there if we had that food in there..wow! Ordered tempura, 3 rolls, tantan men, udon 1. Took forever for food to come out. So i thought everything was coming out at the same time but no. Tantanmen and udon and 1 roll came out then other 2 rolls didnt even come whem we finished eating those..lolll so yeah i guess under staff issue. 2. When we try to just pay at the front because we were just tired of waiting... thewaitress just told us to wait in the table. Its like what? We cant even pay and leave. Waited another like 10 to 15 min so awaitress can come to our table then leave. What a waste of time 3. Udon and tantan men were quite salty. Tempura wasgood. When we finally decided to pay because we were tired of waiting, the waitress told us to remain at our table. But how could we do that when we just wanted to pay and leave? After waiting for around 10 to 15 minutes for a waitress to come over so we could settle the bill, it felt like a waste of time.
As for the food, the udon and tantanmen were quite salty, but the tempura was good. Overall, my experience was just okay. If you have patience, this place might be fine, but if you don’t, I wouldn’t recommend it.
The food at Oriental Breeze is excellent. The interior is quite nice, and the restaurant is run by Japanese staff. I arrived at 6:15 pm and was the first guest of the dinner service. The server was friendly and kindly seated me by the window, offering a beautiful view during the magic hour. The sashimi was fresh and delicious. Most of the patrons are Japanese, which adds to the authentic atmosphere. Highly recommended.
My boyfriend and I like to come here every weekend since it?s just a short walk from our apartment. We enjoy the food and experience EVERY time. Fish is fresh and you can?t beat the sake. The spicy tuna crackers are to die for ???? Best date nightever! Love the authenticity rather than sushi that is ?americanized? and smothered in spicy mayo. Love this place!
This place offers the best food I've ever had! The service is friendly, and considering the quality of the dishes, it provides excellent value. Located right by the water, the food is absolutely delicious with no unwanted fishy taste. They truly deliver an authentic experience, and you can tell the food is fresh and genuine.

The experience was pleasant and the food was tasty. It was quite satisfying. My husband and I typically spend around $100 on sushi, but this time our bill came to $130, which was higher than usual.
