Surprisingly good! I typically don't enjoy multi-Asian cuisine restaurants, but this one impressed me with the quality of the food we ordered. We had the Oriental Empire Delight, a spicy salmon hand roll, and a spicy salmon roll. While our choices were fairly standard, they allowed us to sample all the proteins they offer. The portions seemed small, but the quality far exceeded what I've experienced at similar eateries. Every meat was extremely tender, and the lobster was a genuine lobster tail. Oriental Empire is the BEST!! By far the best Chinese food in the area and my mother and fiancé both swear by their Pad Thai. When I lived in Red Bank this was my go-to, and since moving 40 minutes away I still make the trip any time I'm craving Chinese.They have the freshest and the highest quality food, it always impresses me. I sometimes get the plain steamed chicken andshrimp (which I think shows the real quality of ingredients with no sauce or seasoning to hide behind) and the chicken isabsolutely fantastic. They have also gone above and beyond in regards to safety during the pandemic and I always feel safepicking up takeout from them.

I've ordered from here several times and they've maintained great consistency. Recently, I tried the two-roll maki lunch featuring spicy tuna crunch and eel with avocado, which came with a choice of soup or salad—I opted for the salad. The lunch cost around $10. I would love to dine in if I'm shopping nearby, and I'm hopeful that will be possible soon!

Fantastic food and super fresh! Best Chinese ever AND they are always very consistent. I order from here whenever I am in the area. Super nice people and very accommodating with allergies too which is rare. By far the best restaurant experience ever! Just wish I was in the area more! Thank you!!
The food was amazing—fresh and completely non-greasy. We relished every dish we ordered, especially the chicken Chow Ho Fun. The service was top-notch; the staff were friendly and accommodating, and everything arrived promptly.
Honestly had kind of low expectations, but I was seriously impressed with this place. Really enjoyed the food and would definitely come back to try what else they've got on the menu!
Best Chinese Food in Red Bank and the surrounding area. Recommendations, 7. Empire Chicken and Orange Chicken. Fired rice and egg rolls are great. Great people there as well.

Awesome I?ve lived up here in Little Silver and ordered at the 2 restaurant here. They don?t compare to you guys!! Dinner was fantastic! Got a new place to go Yay!!
Sushi is sooo good!! Loved the three Maki Rolls Lunch (Any 3 Rolls) I got. I also love the options they have!
