First, let me address the negative aspect of my experience at this restaurant - my Sweet and Sour sauce was missing. However, when I called to inform them about this issue, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly helpful. He quickly arranged for another sauce to be delivered within 5 minutes. This restaurant has now become my go-to Chinese takeaway, as they have set the bar high for all others. I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was just okay. Our order was complete and hot, but it lacked that wow factor that makes you eager to order again. It was a mediocre experience overall. We did receive complimentary prawn crackers, which were tasty, but there was a noticeable unpleasant oily smell, possibly due to the use of low-quality oil.
Always fresh... not greasy... can't recommend enough..We will go now where else now for takeaway! Ok for price but I would pay that bit more for the quality...and not the normal slop you get from regular chinese
This is a typical takeout restaurant in the town center of Grays. The staff is very friendly, the service is quick, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely return in the future.

The best Chinese food I've ever had! I wish they still delivered to Ockendon because the dining experience is simply amazing. The dishes are incredibly flavorful and come in generous portions.
