Good food, normal High . But service is slow and backwards. 1) ask your phone? Why for a cup of coffee and a bagel? Then someone try’s to enter your order electronically , come on at a Jewish deli and most decide as they order , give me extra lox, more please, let’s try the Tuna? The cookies look good. You can’t add once the order is entered. Then you watch all the staff walk around with there heads down and trying to decipher the small print order and usually the person who did not take the order is the one who messes the order up. And your visit takes 2 times longer then other any Deli in the Chicagoland area. 10 minutes to get a order if your the only one ordering? 20 minutes if 2 people...

Original Bagel Bialy is a true gem in the community. They consistently honor the tastes of my ancestors, and I’m sure the same goes for many others. It’s widely known that a generously thick schmear is the key to enjoying a bagel, and Original Bagel Bialy nails it every time. The lox is exceptional, and I personally prefer the back. My people love their bagels hot, and I always add a pickled tomato. The pickled tomatoes they serve are perfectly green, crunchy, and delightful. This place feels like a nostalgic trip back in time, offering a deli atmosphere and strong community support. I would rate them 10/10 every day!

It was a very busy day. There were challenges for the staff: one register stopped taking credit cards,. There was a larger than expected run on bagels, and a large crowd. However, through it all, the staff worked together and was able to smile. Our soft salami sandwich was wonderful. I feel very strongly that when a staff work together during an extremely busy time, then they will also be exemplary during routine days.

The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of dishes and the food is quite good. However, the process for picking up online orders can be confusing. There is only one line, which means I have to wait with customers who are placing their orders while I'm just trying to pick up my preordered food. one of my favorite places in buffalo grove! eating is fresh, and I can't stress how a blt on challah is a crazy good combination. their large selection and great portion sizes ensure that everyone is well fed and happy. the personal is so sweet and the owner, lon is very attentive when it comes to commentary and feedback. immediately recommended to all my office partners.

Eisenberg Corned Beef is the Best in the Chicagoland area and they have it. Coleslaw is to die for you'll Love it.This place is a hidden Jewel in Buffalo ? Grove you must go and try it.once you do you'll never go anywhere else for Corned Beef and Coleslaw, The service is great too!!!

I absolutely love this place! They offer a wide variety of vegetarian options, and their potato pancakes are fantastic. The matzo balls are gigantic, too! What truly elevates the experience is the amazing staff; they greet everyone like they’re an old friend.
