Original Hobart's Steakhouse - Lindsay

Hello, we are so happy Hobart's has re opened. Friendly staff, very bright atmosphere, food was very good, food server could be given more training introducing themselves to the table, how to place plates on table instead of reaching over people from the end of the table when serving as well as bottle of wine was plunked unopened on the table with nothing said, just turned and walked away, we had to open bottle and serve ourselves. I realize opening a restaurant has a large number of components to it but spending time and training with servers to make them the best as possible is one of the key components for people to keep returning for more. We wish this restaurant every success.

It was so wonderful to get to go to Hobarts again since reopening in Lindsay. Our dinner date was so great from the cheese fritters app to the rib steak and Jambalaya we had for our main entree. I was so pleasantly surprised when we got a lovely delectable dessert from the restaurant as we were celebrating my birthday. What a tasty way to finish a wonderful meal . Our server was very good , pleasant and attentive. Thank you Hobarts for a great birthday meal. See you again soon.

The steak was amazing but the lobster at 40 bucks ??? Ridiculous. The wine menu had definitely changed. The meal felt very rushed and for a birthday. 200 bucks without the tip was very disappointing. Don’t think I would come back. Remembered when you got nice warm bread before you put your order in. I guess that was back in the day.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great steak dinner we had. The portion size was perfect, with tasty vegetables that still had a bite. Good value all steak dinner included a lovely salad as starter. Ambience rather dark but the waitress was very cheery and helpful. Reserva una mesa ahora

we had an event to celebrate and that was the choice place. the meal was excellent and the service was excellent. there was a bigger group that celebrated at the same time, so I expect the noise level was higher than normal. still we had a wonderful evening.

First time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Our server Jody was extremely welcoming, service was excellent and the meals we had were delicious. Definitely will be going back

eat ok but expensive. service good, but not very friendly. ambiente not on kreatiw or fine, easy. many noises due to the business function and lack of teppich. probably not back.

go to hobarts. you will not regret it. the menu changes from time to time so that it is not always the same ol.
