This is me and my dad's favorite place to get breakfast. Warning that the portions are huge, but you can order half orders in most items!!! The coffee is great and served with real cream and is free refills. The variety of options is also vast. My dad gets buckwheat pancakes with apple syrup. I love the pigs in a blanket with the apple or tropical syrup. My mom likes the pecan waffle. When in season I love their strawberry waffle and actual pumpkin pancakes!!! The food here was great! I had a bacon omelet, when I saw the price initially at 13.95 I was a little perturbed. When the wheeled out the catchers mit sized western omelet with bacon and cheese in every bite and 3 pancakes it was great. The manager especially and also the staff were very polite, courteous, and thoughtful. The restaurant was super clean and kept with pride! Excellent job OPH!
We’ve enjoyed the Pancake House for several years and have no complaints. The breakfast options are large and varied which big portions. We split the meal due to then sizes served. It gets busy and weekends can have 20-30 minute waits for a table. Excellent food but it’s a little dated inside. Better than Broken Yolk and similar prices. You will love the food and find everyone friendly.
One of my favorite breakfast places in the city. Always a line to be seated but def worth the wait! Everything they have is made fresh daily so just about any dish you order is going to be good. I try to order something different each time I go but I can't help and order a side of their french toast every time.
