They don’t allow service dogs—that’s illegal! Don’t ever go here! We’ve had a impeccably trained labradoodle medical alert service dog for my adult daughter for 5.5 years. My daughter was hooked to her IV port with tubes and all and they refused to seat us. Their rule is no dogs allowed, even service dogs. We tried to educate them but they didn’t want to hear it. Completely disgusted. Even the people behind us left because of how we were treated. Unreal and illegal! We didn’t show an ID for the service dog because IDs for service dogs don’t exist (we wish they did). This bar is my favorite place to go. I always recommend it to people looking for good bar food. The pub will exceed your expectations of what bar food should be like. My personal favorites are the lemon pepper wings and mac n’ cheese bites. The menu is diverse and delicious, the staff is friendly, there is plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is perfect. Karaoke night can get a bit loud, but that just adds to the charm of their beautiful outdoor seating area. If you have never been here before, do yourself a favor and visit! The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious - I would definitely eat here again. The live music was fantastic and added to the great atmosphere. Service was top-notch, and I would rate it a 5. This was a dinner meal and the price per person was $100+. I highly recommend trying their burger.

Would not allow a service dog in establishment. Patient visibly had a port entering her heart. They actually told our party of 6 to get the F.k out. They need to learn the federal laws. Avoid this place at all costs! The customer service is terrible. We waited for over 45 minutes and were completely ignored by the staff. No one even acknowledged our presence. We ended up leaving and have no intention of returning. The service rating is 1 out of 5.
