Apart from the fact that a shisha here costs 18€ and no employee even thinks of changing the coal or asking if everything is OK in a 3-hour stay, it was otherwise catastrophic. Order was wrong and the staff particularly annoyed one girl. At around 1 the TV/music were turned off and we started to clean up, even though the shisha bar was supposed to be open for another hour and the birthday party was also announced. Totally kicked us out and didn't feel welcome.
