Ormonde Table Table

We recently stayed at Premier Inn and decided to have breakfast at the restaurant. My eldest child has autism and was unable to come down for breakfast. When I explained the situation to our server Dermot, he was understanding and allowed us to make a plate for my child to take away. Dermot also gave us take away bags for our food and prepared a bacon sandwich for us to take with us. He seated us next to a table where we could watch the horses, which my daughter absolutely loved. Dermot even brought us extra hash browns because my daughter mentioned that it was the best breakfast she had ever had and especially loved the hash browns. My daughter has Coeliac Disease and Dermot, our waiter, was fantastic with her. He took her dietary restrictions very seriously, making her feel extremely comfortable and at ease while eating her breakfast. He even replaced her napkin and cutlery with fresh ones as they had been out all night and could potentially be contaminated. I have never experienced this level of understanding and service before. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were informed of a limited menu as we arrived due to issues in the kitchen. We had burgers that were available but can't say that mash goes well with them but it filled the hunger gap and The food that was served was good. The waitress Jennie was very apologetic as we mentioned we were quite disappointed with the lack of menu choice but food and service still deserves 5 star.

Just wanted to pop a message to say I was in Newmarket for three days to take part in an education course and to conduct some independent research all three days I ate here, all the staff were lovely and the portions were generous for breakfast. Thank you very much, we had an excellent dining experience today, the food was good and very well priced. Our visit was made all the more memorable by Charle, what an absolute pleasant young man, he was friendly, helpful and very professional, nothing was too much bother and he was always smiling. He's a credit to the company. We will be back.

Had a delightful time at Newmarket with my family. Nice staff, delicious steak and apple crumble. Great atmosphere and a wonderful place to head to if you would like to have lunch. Would recommend it to others to try out!

The food at this restaurant is delightful and the service from Charlie and Sasha is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone. My friends and I come here frequently for dinner and drinks.

A must visit if you like horse racing spent about 6 hours here as they is quite a lot going on.
