This restaurant is one of the closest places to eat for me and my husband, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I almost always get the same thing here, and every single time it's been amazing. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always so kind, and the food is always spectacular. I haven't had a bad experience yet and I've been here around 10 to 15 times since I've moved to Norfolk. This place is our quick pick on nights I don't feel well or don't feel like cooking. Came here for lunch today. Had the fajitas. They looked and tasted like they had been sitting for a good while before they were brought to my table. The waitress assigned to me was polite, but fell short on the attentive scale, although the customer sitting in front of me received plenty. And they really weren’t busy. This was about 1:45p. After I finished eating, I sat there for a little while waiting for her to check me out. This is one of if not the best Mexican I've ever had. If you find yourself around here, you'll need to try it! The service was genuine and very welcoming. Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. The building is a small one but had plenty of seating and parking. Our table tried the Burito Mexicana, Super Azteca, and Yolanda. Lastly, the rice was the best part, and that is a hard thing to say for most restaurants, well done. It's these kind of restaurants that make you feel like you're not a guest... but family. 5-star restaurant 100

Excellent lunch option, close to base. They are so fast that you can actually order and enjoy your food within the lunch hour and get back to work on time. If you have more time, their margaritas are delicious. All the food is tasty and the prices are phenomenal. We had great service throughout our stay. I recommend Oro Azteca as your first choice for a work lunch out or if you are on a budget or if you want some really tasty authentic Mexican food. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our favorite Mexican restaurant. Most affordable locally. No waiting for seating. Always well staffed and very friendly. Feels like family run place. We drive in from another city.
