No pomp, no circumstances, just delicious! Wow, the other five star reviews do not do Osaka justice. I had salmon, tune, and shrimp nigiri and my brother had a few different California rolls. They have the freshest FRESHEST fish I've had in years! The salmon was beautiful, the shrimp was firm (not rubbery at all) the tuna was cut so adeptly... I feel my words pale. I hope I can upload my teriyaki chicken video (you can hear the sound of angels) chilled plum wine, and I'm in flavor country! The service was the perfect amount of attentive! Not around until you need something, then magically appearing. Speechless at Osaka! Amazing!
This restaurant truly embodies the saying, “don’t judge a book by its cover.” From the outside, it’s tucked away in a corner of a strip mall and doesn’t stand out, but inside, it reveals a surprisingly charming and cozy mom-and-pop vibe, complete with friendly and attentive service and delicious food. They have an extensive sushi menu that covers all your nigiri and roll cravings. Orders over $10 include a bowl of miso soup and a small side salad, making it a great lunch deal. I can confidently say that I will be returning as a regular customer.
This is one of the best Japanese restaurants I have visited in Washington D.C. The food here is outstanding, and the customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Rating: 5/5 - Hamza Al-Ghazawi.
We ordered salmon with the teriyaki sauce. It came with rice, salad and soup. It taste amazing and the portions were good. We definitely will go back to try the sushi.

I always get the Salmon Teriyaki, but they do make sushi upon request too. Absolute authentic Japanese cuisine. Great go to spot for late lunch.

Sushi is delicious, spicy Mayo tastes great, service is quick. Would definitely recommend!
