Positives: they got us a table even though we didn’t book, food was very tasty Negatives: we didn’t get the wine we ordered (but we weren’t billed for it). Also didn’t get the chill oil side order, which we really wanted. Hard to get the waiter’s attention. Probably wouldn’t recommend to others based on our experience
We dined in here on September 7, 2022 around 2pm, this waitress who was the only one serving was so rude.. I will never come back here again! She was the rudest waitress! The food was not even that great. You know who you are, if you want to help this business grow, get out from there! The sight of you makes me sick!
I did not like the waitress.. there was only one girl serving and she was so impolite.. not even a smile or a good welcome greeting. She doesn’t fit to be in a customer service but when she speaks to her co-workers, she was all smiles. Not coming back.

Ramen was average and overpriced. The tonkotsu ramen is like $21 and only served with one piece of Chashu...no other toppings. Service was ok. We were expecting better food in tramshade restaurants but this was a bit disappointing.
I come to this restaurant regularly. Amazing food and service. Cabbage salad light and fresh. Sushi tasty and high quality. Friendly and crisp service. Highly recommended
Great place, fantastic gyozas and ramen. Bubble tea there is refreshing and delicious. Friendly staff and food didn’t take to long to come out
not bad Japanese eating. a bit more attention to the authenticity of the kitchen it will make it a great place and a destination
