I stayed at this beautiful hotel and found my room to be quiet and comfortable, with lovely clean white bed linen—though a bit too snug for my personal taste. The bathroom was intelligently designed, featuring soft white towels and complimentary toiletries. The staff truly made my experience exceptional; every member was friendly, polite, and very helpful. The restaurant served delicious and affordable meals, and they accommodated my gluten-free needs without any issues, adjusting the meal times to suit my preferences without hesitation. Our room was spacious and very clean, which added to the overall positive experience. However, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. Firstly, the curtains in the room could use some attention; they need to be hung better or designed in a more professional way. I might seem picky, but they came across as rather amateurish. Secondly, I was puzzled as to why all the shampoos and shower products are still in single-use plastic containers. I am firmly against this practice, and I believe that with a little research, alternatives could be found that would not only be more environmentally friendly but potentially more cost-effective as well.
Overall, this hotel is a great place to stay.
stay 2 nights, room clean and comfortable. in the first night, eating was tasty, portion sizes were big definitiw over breathing! . breakfast is a help her self-buffet with a few options they need, one of which is the touch and laughs, again a generous portion and very tasty. looks as if they re-improve the place, here and there are a few slightly thready bits, but they can say that large areas have been updated or repaired recently. a few days.
We purchased a Groupon deal that was an incredible value for the price. Our twin room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the private bathroom. The food was delicious, with generous portions. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the stunning landscapes, lakes, and reservoirs of the Yorkshire Moors. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Mum and I had a wonderful afternoon tea using a groupon voucher. Staff were attentive, the setting is lovely, and the food was plentiful a delicious. The warm mini Yorkshire pudding and warm pork pie were a great addition. Constant top up of tea and coffee, and a nice glass of bubbly. Would definitely recommend
