Osechi Japanese Street Food

If you want somewhere with terrible customer service and a waitress who can’t crack a smile or say thank you, this is the place for you. Had to help myself to get cutlery once the food was on the table. The soup was meant to be a starter and was brought after the main courses. The waitress forgot half of our order and we had to ask her many times for the same thing. When we finished our food and asked for the card machine to pay the bill she started pulling faces and when I asked for a receipt she walked off and said it was too late. And to finish off when we were walking out we were told not to come back. Unfortunately I can’t give less stars for this terrible customer service

We have dined at this restaurant several times now, both for takeout and dining in, and the food has been consistently excellent. The sushi is freshly prepared, the ramen is tasty, and the service is friendly. It can be hard to find good sushi outside of the city center, but this place hits the mark and offers great value for money. We will definitely be coming back and are happy to support a family-run business instead of a big corporation.

Food used to be brilliant but they have cut the portion sizes down massively whilst increasing the prices and if your going to order for delivery it usually says between 45 and 60 minutes but there is very little chance of it coming in the hour and the customer service across the phone is very poor. However the food is still good as long as you like it a bit cold after a long wait.

Since moving to the area I have ordered from Osechi way more than any other of the local takeaways. The food is so fresh, tasty, and different! Very reasonable, especially the sushi which are good portion sizes and delicious. Would definitely recommend the spicy tuna rolls or the chicken gyoza Reserva una mesa ahora

I am a Sushi lover and this place is absolutely my favourite in Swinton. The make in a short time good quality sushi. You can eat there or take it away. Also with delivery. Sometimes I stop by after work and the staff is very friendly and funny.

Simple, delicious and very reliable takeaway. The Katsu chicken is fabulous and the prawn udon noodles are also a winning dish. Being a takeaway gives us the possibility of trying new dishes without having to leave the comfort of our home.

I just tried the sate noodles with the meaty option of beef, chicken, and prawn and I was very impressed. I asked for a bit more spice and was not disappointed. I will definitely be returning as it was great value for the price.

Iv never tasted such elegant food as a chef of 14 years I will repeat to go back to osechi as they deliver high standards and quality food. They put all there love into it and you can’t ask for anything more Reserva una mesa ahora

I've tried sushi and ramen so far, i'll definitely be trying the rest of the menu. The food is fresh and tasty, deliveries always arrive promptly and hot.
