While the food may be good, the staff is clearly untrained and uninterested in customer service. If the food quality is poor, that's one thing, and I wouldn't write a review for that because it happens, but not attending to phone calls and ignoring customers is unacceptable. Remember, if customers start ignoring your business one day, it will suffer. So, my advice to everyone is not to waste your time trying to call them for takeout; they likely won’t answer, even when it’s not busy.

The portion sizes were generous, and the quality was excellent! We bought these meals for lunch for two, and we had plenty of leftovers for another meal! The staff were very friendly, and I was thrilled to find that my order was ready in just 8 minutes or less!

I ordered the chicken on the rocks along with their new hummus, and it was fantastic! I really enjoyed it, and the staff were incredibly friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere was very peaceful as well. It was an outstanding experience—I would definitely give it a 10/10 and highly recommend visiting!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’ve been to the Lasalle location quite often, and every single time it has delighted my taste buds! After reading the reviews, I definitely need to try the South End location soon. Until then, cheers! Highly recommended! Reserva una mesa ahora

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had! The food was burnt, the meat tasted like dog food, and they got my order wrong. I will definitely be warning my family and friends to avoid this place. It was just disgusting!

Very cheap compared to other locations , I paid for large poutine and basically got a small in a large container with a sprinkle of cheese and hot sauce was watered down. Was tasty but not 20$ poutine!!!

The food is excellent considering the price. I often get the poutine, which I absolutely enjoy. I also like that they stay open later than many other restaurants.
