I have never left the Stouffville location feeling satisfied with my meal. I initially thought it was just a fluke, but I've had consistently disappointing experiences there. The saj bread is always cold, the Beyond Meat is bland, and my wrap frequently falls apart. If I'm fortunate, they might remember to add tahini. I only face these issues at this location; the others are significantly better.
I recently dined at Osmows in Stouffville and had an excellent experience. I ordered the half chicken, which was both juicy and delicious. The portion of fries complemented the rice perfectly, and the garlic flavor was outstanding. Additionally, I was fortunate to be served by Suraj, a fantastic staff member who made my meal and the overall experience truly enjoyable.
I ordered a shawarma wrap, but it contained large pieces of bone, forcing me to toss it out. The meat was not fresh and had an unpleasant odor. The customer service was also subpar, making this my worst dining experience ever. I truly can't understand how this place is still operating. The food was extremely unappetizing, and I felt nauseous after just a few bites.
Come on, Osmow's, I know you can do better! The fries were cold, and the half-and-half had more rice than fries—about 75% rice to 25% fries. That photo was taken after just one bite! I stopped by this restaurant to grab a shawarma and had a chat with Suing, who was behind the counter. He was really pleasant! I had a bit of a complicated order, but the staff handled it perfectly. The place is clean, and everyone is friendly. I give it five stars!
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff was exceptionally friendly, particularly Asmita, who was warm and full of enthusiasm. I will definitely be returning! I thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the hospitality.
I recommend using less garlic sauce with each platter. My order had an excessive amount of sauce, which made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. A better balance would really allow all the flavors to come through.
