This restaurant was horrible.Service: We were not greeted when we entered. The two employees were standing together, away from the counter. The man who took our order, wore the same gloves to handle both cash and food. He did not wash his hands or change his gloves.Food: we ordered a chicken Caesar salad, and eat chicken on the rocks. The salad had NO chicken and the chicken in the rocks had BURNT LAMB. How do you mess up both meats?When we called to speak to the store about the errors they hung up on us. Very rude and would not recommend coming here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I really loved the food here. The food is fresh and great. In spite of hearing from lots of people about the place being not nice and all, which is really not the case. I do agree that the place is really small and the atmosphere is not that really great to have people dining in at the location. But one can just pre-order or get it delivered at home. Overall, I will still go to this place for wraps or platters, especially the specials they have for every day.

Date: Sep 29th, 2023Time: 04:30 PM.Have been to this location a few times (no complaints about food); but didn't feel the warmth and approachable nature by both employees working at given time. Being in a customer facing role, it's important to keep a warmth/smile on face. (and a show a little enthusiasm along with greeting).5 star for food but 1 for unapproachable nature. This is something management can train their employees on.

Osmow's Shawarma is amazing! Their shawarma is absolutely delicious, with tender meat and flavorful sauces. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable. I used to eat a lot of shawarma from west end and suddenly craved for one today so gave this a try. Their chicken on the rocks was very hard and tasted bland, probably the chicken was as reheated multiple times. Servings also was less than competitors. Not gonna bother here again

I’m a frequent customer of Osmow’s. every time I have notice the quality and serving portions are very low at this location. This time they have only filled my wrap with lettuce. Even though I asked for all Toppings in it except turnips. Falafel was so thin.

When was the last time this place went through any kind of inspection? Cold chicken shawarma served from a container where it was probably sitting for hours. Second time had terrible food poisoning from there. Should have learned my lesson the first time!

I had tried osmow’s from many locations, but this location always give stomach problems. There is something which is unhygienic. I never had issue with other locations food of their franchise.Comment below if someone also felt it.

Amazing good as always! Excellent customer service and low wait time! Samir is really good with making the meal taste delicious! Highly recommend for delicious Middle Eastern Food. My favourite shawarma spot!
