I have been going to the restaurant for some time now, especially for my Monday Philly chicken special deal. I have visited the same today. I would like to specially mention a staff member there by the name Curtis (I apologize if I spelled the name wrong). He has great customer service skills and he creates a very friendly environment for the customers. However, the best thing about the experience is his signature question about the take out bag. I will leave it up to the store owner or the company to ask him that. The guy with the pink nails seem to be super upset and rude, as an owner of a business, this kind of individual is toxic for profit as they represent the face of the company. The food wasn't good enough to look past the horrible staff. Had to watch just to make sure they didn't spit in my food. The washrooms are clean so if you need a pit stop it's a good place to use the washrooms and keep on trucking, other than that avoid.Parking: Parking is easy, you dont have to pay.

This review was long pending, but never too late. : The servers were fantastic and the shawarma was amazing. Loved their happy go lucky customer service, had fun with my friends and the extra sauce request was spot on.I forgot my backpack that contained all my cards and IDs on the side table, and we went back from halfway. They had kept it safely and returned as soon as I got there! 5 stars just for their service ?

I would have gave 0 star to service if it was possible as the staff was not welcoming and was not paying attention. Even we were dining in and they did not gave any plates spoon/fork nothing. Not good but also not the worst. If you’re up in wasaga and in the mood for a shawarma then try osmows. But be warned that the food here is not the same as the osmows in the gta.
